H.R. Puff n' Stuff movie. Whaaaat?!

According to an exclusive at MovieWeb.com, a movie version of the 70's children's classic "H.R.Puff n' Stuff is in the works and they want Justin Bieber on board.
Apparently, "Sigmund the Sea Monster" is also being produced.

Will they be passing acid out before the screenings so tjhat the plot will make sense?
